frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Weddings
We want to get married at St James’s, but are not sure whether we are able to legally. Can you help?

The short answer is yes. The first thing you need to do if you’re interested in getting married here is to give the Parish Secretary a call on 020 7734 4511. He can book you an appointment with the rector or other priest where you can discuss the possibility of getting married here, and whether it is legal for you to do so under the current laws relating to marriage. You will also be able to discuss the date and time of your wedding.
