We have a rather active walking group, led by Liz The Boots who cooks up some great trips to rural and coastal areas around London.
Information will indicate the length of the walk and the likely challenge. Provision is always made for food and drink at a local pub or cafe.
Last adventure: took place Saturday 24 September. Distance 12 miles. Train to Bishoptone. Lunch at The Ramm in Firle.
Next adventure - TBA

Here we see the walkers sitting and feasting (Hampshire walk 2009)
SHOCK HORROR: On a walk from Hastings to Rye via Winchelsea, the St James's Walkers were mildly surpised to see this indication of declining modern values...("for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction" [Matthew 7.13] or in this case, to Winchelsea). You have been warned.
